Vivek Arza is the CEO and founder of Wisely Capital. He started his real estate investing career by in the most unusual way – by purchasing a beat-up vacant home in the Midwest using none of his own money. Within a few months, he turned it into a cash-flowing rental property and paid-off the loan that funded the purchase. Impressed by the power of this model, he successfully acquired more projects and built up a sizeable portfolio within a year’s time.
Wanting to scale quicker and leverage his time better, Vivek started to acquire commercial properties and never looked back. He is currently invested and partnered in over 1,100 units of multifamily real estate across several high-growth markets in the US. With a background in Product Engineering, his strengths include identifying market trends, analyzing investment opportunities, and structuring deals effectively.
Vivek is currently a Product Design Lead at Nvidia and has a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the USC Viterbi School of Engineering. He currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, five-year-old daughter, and two year-old son. He enjoys hiking and snorkeling having hiked the Half Dome in Yosemite and Machu Picchu among others.
